One casino game which is rarely seen in casinos in Europe but is available everywhere in the USA is the dice game of craps. Fortunately it is available at most online casinos and can provide great entertainment but most Irish casino players do not know how to play and therefore avoid it but with a bit of practice it is easy enough. In online casino craps the first roll of the two dice is called the come out roll and the simplest bets are the pass line and don’t pass line bets and in simple terms the pass line bet wins if the come out roll is 7 or 11 and loses if it is 2,3 or 12. In all other cases the result of the two dice on the come out roll is called the point. In casinos this is where it gets noisy as there can be several subsequent rolls before a winner is decided but of course at online casinos only you are playing so it is much quieter. Once the point is established at the online casino the two dice are thrown over and over again until either a 7 or the point is thrown. If a 7 s thrown first the pass line bet loses and if the point is thrown first then the pass line bet wins. The don’t pass line bet is nearly the opposite except that a 12 results in a tie and money is returned. Most online casinos have fairly good descriptions of craps and the possible bets but it is not half as complicated as it may at first seem. One of the better explanations can be found at the online casino of Paddy Power where if you go to the card and table tab and then find craps you can click on the rules tab for the explanation.
