Online casino craps can be very entertaining

Craps is one of those online casino games that does not seem to interest too many people which is a shame as it can be quite an exciting game with several throws of the dice required to settle who wins. If you stand and watch craps for the first time it is highly likely that you will not understand a thing about what is going on except that someone throws two dice but fortunately online casinos have a pretty good explanation of the rules and of course playing on your own means that you need not be rushed into placing your bets. There are in fact a number of bets which can be placed in online casino craps and unusually not all bets are necessarily placed at the beginning. There are two very simple bets in craps which are  placed at the beginning of each round and they are the “pass line” bet and the “don’t pass line” bet which are nearly opposite but not quite. A pass line bet in casino craps wins if the first throw is a 7 or an 11 but loses on a 2, a 3 or a 12. The don’t pass line bet wins when the first throw (known as the come out roll) is a 2 or a 3, loses if it is 7 or 11 and is a push with your money returned if it is a 12. If any other number is rolled on the come out roll (4,5,6,8,9 or10) then that number is known as the point and the two mentioned bets are still valid. Online casino craps and regular casino craps have exactly the same rules so that once a point has been established then it is a question of whether that number or a seven is thrown first in successive throws. The pass line bet wins if the point is thrown again first and the don’t pass line bet wins if a seven is thrown first. Even with these simple bets online casino craps can be great entertainment.
