Bet on every dice roll at casino craps

We have covered the casino dice game of craps on a number of occasions and we always emphasise how easy it is to play especially when you stick to the simple pass line and don’t pass line bets but those bets are only placed once in a round of craps and there might be several throws of the dice before the round is completed so there are other bets available when playing craps at online casinos that give you the chance to play every roll. For a start there are the “come” and “don’t come” bets which are very similar to the pass line and don’t pass line bets except that they are placed after the come out roll rather than before. The come bets can also form a point which is known as the “come point” and the online casino will signal both the point and the come point on the table. You can also extend your original craps bets by betting on one of the “odds bets” and the unusual thing about these bets is that they can be removed again at any time and long the round remains what is known as unresolved. To play craps at your online casino you do not need to use these bets but if you like the idea of betting on every throw you can use them or an even simpler bet which is known as the field bet. The field bet when playing online craps is probably the most simple of all and can be placed before any roll of the dice and will win at odds of 2:1 if a 2 or a 12 is thrown; it will win at even money if the dice throw results in a 3,4,9,10 or 11 and loses if anything else is thrown. The mathematicians amongst our Irish casino players will notice that this means there are only 16 out of the possible 36 combinations of two dice that actually win this bet which is theoretically compensated by paying 2:1 odds on 2 and 12 but the chances of a 2 or a 12 being thrown is only 1 in 18.
